Cancelation Policy:

Please kindly provide 24 hours notice, should you no longer be available for your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice, you will not be charged for that session.

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. We kindly request a doctor's note to dispute any no-shows or late fees.

This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment, and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of service.

Participants can be subject to a fee for disruption of an ongoing lesson. 

Disruption: Inclement weather, unsafe conditions inside or / and outside of the pool area.

Weather / Lesson Policy:

In the event of dangerous or inclement weather, SwimForLife Academy reserves the right to cancel lessons and reschedule a make-up lesson.
