Validity of Swim Lesson Packages
At SwimForLife Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality swim lessons to our students. To ensure that our students can complete their lessons in a timely manner, we have established the following policy regarding the validity of swim lesson packages:

Swim lesson packages are valid for a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of purchase. All lessons included in a package must be completed within this 12-week period.

It is the responsibility of the student or their parent/guardian to schedule and attend all lessons within the 12-week validity period. SwimForLife Academy will not be responsible for any missed lessons or expired packages.

If a student is unable to complete all lessons within the 12-week validity period due to extenuating circumstances, such as illness or injury, SwimForLife Academy may extend the validity of the package at its discretion. Any requests for an extension must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a student wishes to cancel their swim lesson package before all lessons are completed, they may be eligible for a refund or credit based on our standard refund policy. However, please note that expired packages are not eligible for refunds or credits.

SwimForLife Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to our students and their parents/guardians in a timely manner.
By purchasing a swim lesson package from SwimForLife Academy, students and their parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this policy regarding the validity of swim lesson packages.
Registration Fee Policy
At SwimForLife Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality swim lessons to our students. To help cover the costs associated with our programs, we charge a registration fee to all new and returning students. Our policy regarding registration fees is as follows:

All students, both new and returning, are required to pay a registration fee to enroll in our swim lessons. This fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

The registration fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing and maintaining student records, as well as reserving a spot in our program.

The amount of the registration fee may vary depending on the program and level of swim lessons chosen by the student.

In the event that a student withdraws from our program before completing all of their swim lessons, the registration fee will not be refunded.

SwimForLife Academy reserves the right to modify the registration fee at any time. Any changes to the fee will be communicated to our students and their parents/guardians in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy for SwimForLife Academy
At SwimForLife Academy, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel swim lessons or events. Our cancellation policy outlines the steps you should take to cancel and the fees or charges that may apply.
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel swim lessons, events or online programs you should contact us at info@swimforlifeacademy.com. The cancellation fee, if any, will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the circumstances of the cancellation.
For example, if you cancel e.g., more than 24 hours before the start of the swim lesson or event, you may receive a full refund or credit for a future lesson. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the swim lesson or event, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.
Cancellation by SwimForLife Academy
In the unlikely event that SwimForLife Academy must cancel swim lessons or events, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or credit for a future lesson.

Liability Waiver for SwimForLife Academy

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwimForLife Academy, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in SwimForLife Academy activities or any violation of this liability waiver.

Medical Conditions and Fitness: I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that would prevent me from participating in swimming or water-related activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional regarding my physical fitness and ability to participate in SwimForLife Academy activities.

Safety and Conduct: I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by SwimForLife Academy instructors, staff, and signage during activities. I will conduct myself in a responsible manner, refrain from engaging in reckless or dangerous behavior, and respect the rights and safety of others.

Photography and Media Release: I consent to SwimForLife Academy using photographs, videos, or other media content captured during activities for promotional purposes, without any compensation to me.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwimForLife Academy operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this liability waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
I have carefully read and fully understand this liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I acknowledge that by clicking or accessing our website, I am providing my electronic signature and indicating my acceptance of this liability waiver.
If I am agreeing to this liability waiver on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor, and I consent to the minor's participation in SwimForLife Academy activities and agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
Mobile Swim Lessons Policy
At SwimForLife Academy, we are pleased to offer mobile swim lessons for your convenience and personalized experience. Please review the following policy regarding mobile swim lessons at your place:

Safety Considerations: a. Pool Safety: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the pool and its surrounding area meet safety standards, including proper fencing, secure gates, and a clear and clean pool environment. b. Supervision: A responsible adult must be present throughout the entire lesson and actively supervise all participants, especially children, to ensure their safety during the lesson. c. Emergency Preparedness: The client must provide access to a working telephone, first aid kit, and any necessary emergency contact information.

Pool Requirements: a. Water Quality: The pool must meet proper sanitation standards, including appropriate chemical balance and regular maintenance. b. Depth and Size: The pool must have a safe and suitable depth and size for the swim lesson activities being conducted. The instructor will assess the suitability of the pool during an initial evaluation.

Lesson Schedule and Cancellations: a. Scheduling: The client and SwimForLife Academy will agree upon a mutually convenient schedule for the mobile swim lessons. Lessons will typically occur on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by the client and instructor. b. Cancellation Policy: The client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a missed lesson fee. c. Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe swimming conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, poor visibility), the instructor may need to cancel or reschedule the lesson. Any necessary adjustments will be communicated promptly.

Payment and Fees: a. Lesson Fees: The client agrees to pay the specified lesson fee, as mutually agreed upon, for each mobile swim lesson. b. Payment Schedule: Payment for lessons should be made in advance, either on a per-lesson basis or in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. c. Missed Lesson Fee: If the client fails to provide sufficient notice for a cancellation or is not present at the scheduled lesson time, a missed lesson fee may be applied.

Waiver of Liability: The client acknowledges that participating in mobile swim lessons carries inherent risks, and SwimForLife Academy, its instructors, and staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the mobile swim lessons. b. Insurance: The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their property and liability.
By engaging in mobile swim lessons with SwimForLife Academy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policy. This policy may be subject to updates or modifications, and any changes will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy for SwimForLife Academy
At SwimForLife Academy, we want our customers to be satisfied with the swim lessons and products they receive from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy in place to help you.

Refunds are available for products that are returned in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
